Terms of Service

By using X3 HazMat (the “Service”), a product of X3 Fleet Safety LLC, you agree to these terms.

1. Service. X3 HazMat provides hazardous-materials compliance tools, document generation, and AI-assisted guidance grounded in 49 CFR Parts 171–180. The Service is a preparation aid and educational resource — it is not legal advice and does not create an attorney-client relationship.

2. Your responsibility. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter and for verifying all output against the current regulations before relying on it. The shipper is responsible for compliance under 49 CFR.

3. Accounts. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable use. Do not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

5. No warranty. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, X3 Fleet Safety LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
